1. How to turn off the screen and indicators of the alarm?
Enter the device page in the APP, click the Settings button in the upper right corner, turn on the "Night Mode" to turn off the alarm screen and indicator light for a fixed period of time.

2. How to set the volume of the media?
Go to the device page in the app, click the Settings button in the upper right corner, and drag the "Media Volume" bar to change.

3. How to set the volume of the Alert?
Go to the device page in the app, click the Settings button in the upper right corner, and drag the "Alert Volume" bar to change.

4. How to make the alarm screen display a 24-Hour/12-Hour system?
Go to the device page in the app, tap the Settings button in the top-right corner, then toggle between "24-Hour" and "12-Hour."

5. How to set if the time of the voice inquiry is different from the time displayed by the alarm?
Suggest to synchronize the same time zone as Amazon Alexa app, it's convenient to provide a proper time or location service.

6. How to change the time zone of the time the alarm is displayed?
Go to the device page in the app, click the Settings button in the upper right corner, and choose in "Time Zone" .

7. Why is the device unable to connect to Wi-Fi successfully?
First of all, please confirm that Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz, the device does not support 5Ghz. Secondly, please confirm that the Wi-Fi password is correct.

8. How to turn off the microphone?
Long press the power button after the Amazon account is successfully bound.

9. How to stop the alarm/reminder/timer alert?
Short press the power button to stop the alarm/alarm/countdown alert, and can also try to speak "Alexa, stop." for another method.

10. How to recover from abnormality of the device?
Sorry if your device is experiencing an exception,please press the reset button and then release,you can connect the device again.The reset button is in the back side of the device.

11. Why does the app display an alarm as clock offline?
Please confirm that your Wi-Fi network signal is normal,and your device is placed in an area of adequate signal reception.
